Nine services, one yard, one email thread

Everything RePallet Co. does happens on four acres at 4890 Geneva St in Denver. No brokered loads we have never seen, no subcontracted grading, no mystery about where your pallets went.

RePallet Co. provides nine pallet services from a single Denver yard: buying used pallets, buying back your cores, recycling, repair and refurbishment, removal and pickup, managed pallet programmes, freight and logistics, custom crating, and ISPM 15 heat treatment.

Services are deliberately designed to combine. The trailer that delivers your order collects your cores; the cores feed the repair line; the repair line supplies the next order. That loop is the business, and it is why we can hold prices that brokers cannot.

How they fit together

The loop, in the order it happens

Read top to bottom and you have described a pallet's entire life at RePallet Co. — which is also, not coincidentally, a description of our P&L.

  1. Step 01

    Collection

A trailer arrives at your dock and leaves with cores. Removal · Buyback

  2. Step 02

    Grading

Every core is inspected against a written standard and routed to reuse, repair or recovery.

  3. Step 03

    Repair

Boards, stringers, plugs and de-nailing on a four-station line. Repair

  4. Step 04

    Recovery

What cannot be repaired becomes lumber, steel and fibre. Recycling

  5. Step 05

    Supply

Finished stock goes back out — sometimes to the customer it came from. Buying

Written grade standards

Attached to every order acknowledgement. If a load misses spec, we swap it or credit it.

Zero landfill, audited

Every core leaves as a pallet, board, bale or mulch — and the tonnage is published.

About our services

Can I use more than one service at once?

Most customers do, and it is usually cheaper. The common pattern is buying Grade A stock while we collect your damaged cores on the same trailer — one freight leg instead of two. Once that rhythm is established it often becomes a managed programme.

Which service do I need if pallets are just piling up?

Start with pallet removal if the priority is clearing space, or sell your pallets if the priority is recovering value. In practice they are the same visit — the difference is which way the money flows, and that depends on grade and volume.

Do you charge for a site survey?

No. For anything larger than a single trailer we would rather look at the dock, the access and the stacks before quoting. It is free, it takes twenty minutes, and it stops a lot of arguments later.

What is the smallest job you will take?

Twenty-five pallets collected from the yard, or a single custom crate. There is no pretence that a small job is our best margin, but small customers become large ones and we would rather be useful.

Choosing a service by the problem you actually have

Customers usually arrive describing a solution. It is more useful to describe the problem, because the right service is frequently not the one they had in mind.

The right-hand column is the honest one. Most first engagements are one service; most relationships end up being three, because the services are designed to combine and because the second problem was always upstream of the first.

What every engagement includes, regardless of service

  • A written quote with the grade standard attached, before anything moves.
  • A named yard manager who answers your emails, not a shared sales alias.
  • Photographs of every trailer, taken before the doors close.
  • A weighbridge ticket on every load we handle.
  • An RPC batch reference you can look up on the Pallet Passport page.
  • Swap or credit within two business days if a load misses the grade you were quoted.
  • A reply within one business day, in writing, every time.
  • An honest no when we are the wrong supplier for the job.

That last one costs us a dozen sales a year — plastic pallets for washdown environments, licensed contractors for contaminated wood, a broker for a lane we do not run. It is also why customers believe us when we say wood is the right answer.

Getting started, whichever service you need

  1. 1

    Describe the problem

Footprint, rough count, postcode, dock hours. A photograph is worth more than a paragraph.

  2. 2

    Get a written answer

Within one business day, with a price, a grade and a window. No sales call, because there is no phone.

  3. 3

    Try one load

Almost every long relationship here started with a single trailer and no commitment.

  4. 4

    Review what actually happened

The grade mix, the freight, the timing. We will tell you what we would change.

  5. 5

Decide whether it becomes a rhythm

A cadence, a forecast and a rate card — or stay on spot business. Both are fine.

There is no onboarding process, no minimum commitment and no contract for spot business. Programme agreements run to a page and a half with sixty days' notice either way, because a supplier who needs a lock-in is telling you something.

Let's keep your pallets in the loop

Whether you have 40 broken cores behind the dock or need 4,000 Grade A pallets a month, the conversation starts the same way.
