Everything that leaves the yard

Seven product families, all of them downstream of the same thing: a used pallet arriving at 4890 Geneva St. Some leave as pallets. Some leave as boards, bins, benches or mulch.

RePallet Co. sells seven product families: used wooden pallets, new wooden pallets built to spec, reconditioned and new plastic pallets, pallet accessories such as collars and lids, crates and bulk bins, reclaimed lumber and mulch, and small-batch upcycled goods.

They are deliberately arranged along a single timeline. A pallet enters as a core, is sold as a used pallet, is repaired, is eventually cut into boards, and finally becomes mulch or a bench. The product list is really one product at seven ages.

One pallet, seven ages

The product list read as a lifetime

Every line on our invoice used to be the line above it. This is the clearest way we know to explain why a recycler and a manufacturer are not the same kind of company.

  1. Age 1

    New pallet

Built in the yard to a customer drawing. New pallets

  2. Ages 2 – 5

    Used pallet

Sold, returned, repaired, sold again. Used pallets

  3. Age 6

    Remanufactured

Cut down into half pallets, skids and display bases.

  4. Age 7

    Reclaimed lumber

De-nailed boards and runners. Reclaimed wood

  5. Age 8

    Built object

A bench, a bar front, a display. Upcycled goods

  6. Age 9

    Fibre

Mulch, playground surfacing, animal bedding. Colored mulch

About our products

What is your best-selling product?

Grade A 48" x 40" GMA stringer pallets, by a very wide margin — roughly six in every ten units that leave the yard. Everything else exists because customers who buy those also need collars, crates, mulch or a custom skid.

Can I order across product lines in one delivery?

Yes, and it is usually cheaper. A trailer carrying 300 pallets and eight cubic yards of mulch is one freight leg rather than two. Tell us everything you need in one request.

Do you publish a price list?

No, and we are wary of anyone in this industry who does. Recycled pallet pricing moves with lumber markets, intake volume and season. We publish honest ranges on each product page and confirm a firm number in writing per order.

What is the lead time on custom items?

Prototype crates and skids in three to five working days. New-build pallet runs in one to three weeks. Upcycled furniture in two to five weeks. Everything in stock ships the same or next day.

How our product lines connect

Every product on this site is a stage in the same material's life, which is why buying across the range often costs less than buying one line from us and the rest elsewhere.

  1. 1

    A core arrives

Bought from a customer, weighed, photographed, graded.

  2. 2

    It becomes a used pallet

Inspected or repaired, sold, used, returned. Several times.

  3. 3

    It becomes a smaller pallet

Cut down into a half pallet, quarter or skid when it is too damaged to repair.

  4. 4

    It becomes lumber

De-nailed boards and runners sold as reclaimed stock or used on our own repair line.

  5. 5

    It becomes an object

Cladding, a bench, a bar front, a retail display from the workshop at the back.

  6. 6

    It becomes fibre

Mulch, playground surfacing or animal bedding. Roughly 3% of intake.

Buying two lines on one delivery is one freight leg. A trailer carrying 300 pallets and eight cubic yards of mulch costs what one trailer costs. Tell us everything you need in one request.

Whether you have 40 broken cores behind the dock or need 4,000 Grade A pallets a month, the conversation starts the same way.
