Quote request

Price it in one form

Whether you are clearing 60 broken cores off a dock or setting up a standing order for 4,000 Grade A pallets a month, this is the same form and the same crew. No obligation, no sales calls — we do not even have a phone.

Everything marked with a star is required. The rest helps us quote faster.

A working address — every quote is answered by email.
US or Canadian number, in the format (303) 421-7788.
Two-letter code such as CO, or the full name.
US ZIP (80238 or 80238-1234) or Canadian postal code (T2P 1J9).
Whole numbers only.
No phone tag — we are an email-first yard. Fields marked * are required. See our privacy policy.

What happens after you press send

  1. Within minutes. Your request lands in the yard queue with a batch reference and a timestamp. Nothing sits in an inbox nobody owns.
  2. Within one business day. A yard manager replies from quotes@repalletco.com with a per-unit price, the grade we are quoting, availability and — if there is haulage involved — a collection or delivery window.
  3. Before anything moves. You confirm in writing. For buybacks we send a purchase confirmation; for sales, an order acknowledgement with the grade standard attached.
  4. After the job. Every batch that passes through the yard gets a Pallet Passport record you can quote in your own sustainability reporting.

Not sure what to ask for?

That is normal, and it is not a problem. Put what you know in the message box and leave the rest rough — we would rather work from "about nine stacks of what I think are standard pallets" than wait for you to measure. If you want to arrive better armed, these three pages cover almost every question we get:

What each field is for

Every field on the form, and why it is there.
FieldRequiredWhy we ask
First and last nameYesSo a reply can be addressed to a person
EmailYesThe only way we reply; must be working
PhoneYesFor the driver on the day, not for sales calls
CompanyNoHelps us understand the context and the sector
CityNoRouting
State / ProvinceNoRouting and ZIP validation
Postal codeYesDrives the freight half of the number
Select serviceYesRoutes your enquiry to the right yard manager
Product typeYesFootprint or product; drives price and availability
QuantityYesThe single largest lever on the per-unit price
GradeNoIf you know; we will specify if you do not
MessageNoDock hours, access, anything odd about the load
We ask for a phone number and we will not ring you to sell anything. It exists so a driver can reach somebody on the day of a collection, which is the one moment when email is too slow.

What a good enquiry looks like

The best enquiry we ever received took the customer about ninety seconds and meant we quoted, scheduled and collected inside four working days with no follow-up questions.

About 900 mixed 48x40, maybe 60% sound. 80022. Dock high, leveller, we have a forklift and a driver 6:30–14:00 Mon–Thu. 53' can turn in the yard, entry off the north side. No induction, just report to the scale house. Photo attached.

Nine facts: quantity, footprint, condition estimate, postcode, dock type, equipment, hours, access, arrival instructions. Plus a photograph. That is the whole template and it is still what we show new dispatchers.

  • Rough is fine. “About nine stacks of what I think are standard pallets” is a workable enquiry.
  • Attach a photo of a representative stack. It moves our estimate from a guess to an observation.
  • Include your dock hours honestly, including the lunch closure nobody mentions.
  • Say if you both buy and generate. A paired run cuts the freight leg.
  • Flag anything unusual — contamination, branding, pooled pallets, a locked gate.
  • Tell us your deadline if you have one. We will say whether it is achievable rather than promising and disappointing.
