Who we are

RePallet Co. LLC, 4890 Geneva St, Denver, CO 80238, United States. We operate the website at repalletco.com and we are the controller of the personal information described below. Contact: hello@repalletco.com.

What we collect

Only two categories, and one of them is unavoidable technical data.

Information you give us

When you submit a form on this site we collect: first name, last name, email address, phone number, company, city, state or province, postal code, the service and product type you are asking about, quantity, grade, any message you write, and the page address the form was submitted from. First and last name, email, phone, postal code, quantity, product type and service are required; the rest are optional.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, user agent, request path, timestamp — for security, rate limiting and diagnostics. We do not run advertising trackers, cross-site analytics pixels, session recorders or behavioural profiling on this site.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and there is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. Your browser may store standard technical state required to serve pages, and nothing in it identifies you across other websites.

Why we use it

  • To answer your enquiry. This is the entire purpose of the form.
  • To prepare and deliver a quote, and to arrange collection or delivery.
  • To keep records of what was agreed, which protects both sides in a dispute.
  • To prevent abuse — rate limits, spam filtering and the hidden fields that catch automated submissions.
  • To meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not use your information to build a marketing profile, and we do not send unsolicited marketing email. If you ask for a quote, you will get a reply about that quote.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We share it only with the service providers required to run the business:

  • Our lead management provider, which stores form submissions so a yard manager can work through the queue.
  • Our hosting and content delivery provider, which processes server logs.
  • Our email provider, which carries our replies to you.
  • Our accounting and payment providers, where a transaction takes place.
  • Carriers, where a third-party carrier is used for a delivery, limited to the delivery details.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or where necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not become orders: 24 months, then deleted.
  • Customer records and batch references: 7 years, for accounting and traceability.
  • Load photographs: 3 years.
  • Server logs: 90 days.

Security

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and sent from our server to our lead provider using an API key that never reaches your browser. Access to lead records is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected individuals promptly if we become aware of a breach affecting personal information.

Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are a Colorado resident, the Colorado Privacy Act gives you rights of access, correction, deletion, portability and opt-out of targeted advertising, profiling and sale — none of which we do, but the rights exist regardless. California residents have comparable rights under the CCPA/CPRA.

To exercise any of these, email hello@repalletco.com with the word “privacy” in the subject. We action requests within 30 days and we do not require you to create an account to do it.

Children

This is a business-to-business website and it is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change affects existing enquiries, tell affected people directly.

How the forms on this site actually work

Unusually technical for a privacy policy, but it is the part people ask about most and it is the part that matters.

  1. 1

    You type into a form

Nothing is sent while you type. Validation runs in your browser only.

  2. 2

    You press send

The data goes to this site's own server endpoint, over HTTPS.

  3. 3

    The server validates it again

The browser's check is a convenience; the server's is the authority.

  4. 4

    The server forwards it

To our lead management provider, using a key held on the server. That key never reaches your browser.

  5. 5

    A yard manager reads it

From a shared queue, and replies by email.

No credentials are exposed to the browser at any point. There are no public environment variables in this site's code, which is a deliberate design constraint rather than an accident.
