Before you write

Four lines that make a quote firm instead of vague

We can price almost anything from an email if it contains these. Missing one usually costs a day of back-and-forth.

  • 01

    Footprint

    48" x 40", Euro, 36" square — or just the tape-measure numbers.

  • 02

    Count

Even "roughly nine stacks of 20" is enough to start.

  • 03

    Postcode & dock hours

Drives the freight half of the number.

  • 04

    One photo

A phone shot of a stack lets us grade before we roll.

Contact questions

Why is there no phone number on this website?

Because a shared email queue is genuinely better for both of us. A pallet enquiry needs a footprint, a count, a postcode and often a photo — none of which survive a voicemail. Every message that arrives at hello@repalletco.com is logged, assigned to a yard manager and answered in writing, so you have the quote in front of you instead of a number scribbled on a dispatch sheet.

Can I drive in and buy pallets without an appointment?

For small counts — under about forty units — yes, during weekday yard hours. Bring a truck or trailer you can strap. For anything larger, send a request first so we can have the load pulled and banded before you arrive; it turns a two-hour wait into a twenty-minute one.

Where exactly is the yard?

4890 Geneva St sits in the Central Park / Stapleton industrial pocket of north-east Denver, a few minutes from I-70 and Central Park Boulevard. The gate is on Geneva Street; scale and dispatch are in the grey building immediately on your right as you enter.

What information should I include in my first message?

Footprint or rough dimensions, an approximate count, your postcode, whether you are buying or selling, and your dock hours. If you can add a photo of a stack, we can usually grade it before we arrive, which makes the price firmer.

What happens to your message

  1. 1

    It arrives written

In your own words, with whatever you attached. Nothing gets transcribed by somebody who was not listening properly.

  2. 2

It gets a reference and a timestamp

Into a shared queue. Nothing sits in an individual's inbox waiting for them to come back from leave.

  3. 3

A yard manager picks it up

The same people who grade and load, not a separate sales function reading from a script.

  4. 4

    You get a written reply

Price, grade, availability, window. Within one business day — 99.4% of the time over the past three years.

  5. 5

    The thread is the record

If there is a question three months later, the original words are still there. Three disputes in three years, all resolved by reading the email.

Your information is used to answer your enquiry and nothing else. We do not sell or rent it, we do not send unsolicited marketing, and enquiries that do not become orders are deleted after 24 months. The full detail is in the privacy policy.

There is no telephone line, deliberately, and the full reasoning is on how we work and at greater length on the journal. If you would rather speak to a person before committing to anything, ask for a site visit — we have never charged for one.
